Cool Social Banking SmartApps - Customer Segment Aware
The cool, social banking SmartApp represents the intersection of mobile banking and social media. The SmartApp contains advanced features such as mobile check deposit and social media integration and can be customized for a specific customer or member segment. The feature-set, content and look-and-feel can all be configured differently and turned on and off, depending on which customer uses the SmartApp.
Application Management System
The mobile banking solution is based on an application management system (AMS) that controls and manages a vast majority of the features and functions within the SmartApp. The SmartApp is managed centrally via an admin portal called SAMI, and the SmartApp can be changed in real-time across platform (iOS/Apple & Android) without requiring an update in the app stores.
Mobile Marketing Solution
The mobile banking solution incorporates everything needed for a successful mobile launch, ranging from a marketing framework to support "in-SmartApp" cross sell and customer satisfaction surveys.
Real-Time Metrics and Reporting
Powerful, real-time analytics and reporting tools are included allowing the bank or credit union to stay in constant, real-time contact with the mobile channel. The mobile channel analytics are available via an internet-based admin portal or an iPad SmartApp.
SmartApps can be configured for each bank or credit union and rapidly published for customers/members. SmartApp changes require minimal effort and new features can be turned on and off centrally, eliminating the need for app store updates.
Pre-Integrated with Core Systems
The SmartApp comes pre-integrated with a bank or credit union's core processing system, billpay vendors and other supporting technology partners (such as remote capture), allowing for easy and seamless implementation.
