Malauzai Software (www.malauzai.com) is seeking a systems administrator. We are a successful software firm based in Austin, Texas developing next-generation SmartApp technology for financial institutions, including mobile and web. Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining and developing business relationships at the executive (C Suite) level
  • Understand financial and global business trends
  • Expert in digital channel
  • Focused on driving business value
  • Articulates Malauzai and customer strategies
  • Understands customer priorities
  • Creates mutual custom roadmap
  • Sets measureable goals and reports quarterly
  • Works with customer to define ROI of initiatives
  • Assesses and communicates client results and business value derived from new strategies implemented
  • Initiates sponsorship for new initiatives
  • Setting up meetings with clients

Requirements:

  • Proven client relationship experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a client relationship role
  • The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • The ability to analyze and research information
  • Digital banking experience a plus
  • 30 – 50% Travel Required
