By adding a distinct small business product to its integrated platform of mobile and Internet banking applications, Malauzai’s community financial institution customers can better serve this segment with functionality not currently met by traditional mobile and Internet banking products. Malauzai’s Retail+ Small Business Banking will empower Somerset Trust’s business customers with mobility; from any location or device they can easily move money via unified payments and collections, both ACH and wire, as well as synchronize transactions through seamless integrations to any accounting software. Real-time alerts for transactions improve productivity, and the bank has ultimate control to set user permissions and entitlements. Through just one log-in, a customer can manage both personal and business accounts on any device, protected by an additional layer of authentication at login to mitigate fraud.
